First, put the dough made of wheat flour (main ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, edible oil, spices, etc. in proportion and water) into the hopper of the molding machine. The skin is made by rollers, and then passed through the canvas conveyor belt, and then input into the second and third stages of the forming machine to be pressed into a dough of suitable thickness in the roller, and then cut into biscuit dough by the roller. The formed biscuit dough is separated from the excess dough by the conveyor belt, and the formed dough is conveyed to the tunnel furnace mesh belt, and the excess dough is recycled into the hopper to be pressed again to form a new dough. The biscuits can be made into edible biscuits after being baked, sprayed with oil and cooled.

The Principle of Making Soft Biscuits

Before producing crispy biscuits, first remove the roller cutting mold that made tough biscuits, and install the roller printing mold, feeding roller, faceting knife shaft, faceting knife, and roller printing hopper. Pull out the adjustment shaft of the canvas conveyor belt between the third road and the mould, and then adjust a canvas belt to separate the leather roller cutting part from the power. Then put the mixed dough into the roller printing hopper, and make a suitable dough through the mutual extrusion between the feeding roller, the roller printing mold and the splitting knife, and then bake, spray oil, and cool to make crispy biscuits.
