Product introduction

The cream and biscuit packing machine is one of the core equipment in the biscuit factory. It is specially designed for the production of cream sandwich biscuits, with mass production and large capacity.

Structural composition of the team

  1. Conveying system: The cream and biscuit packing machine uses a food-grade stainless steel conveyor belt, divided into two layers, which transport the lower and upper layers of biscuits respectively, and convey them accurately and synchronously. Sandwich filling device: The core is a high-precision gear pump or piston filling system, which enables quantitative extrusion of sandwich materials with different viscosities, such as cream and jam.
  2. Alignment and pressing mechanism: Equipped with photoelectric sensors and servo motors to ensure precise alignment of the top and bottom layers of biscuits and smooth and complete pressing by means of an adjustable pressure device.
  3. Control system: The biscuit sandwich machine integrates a PLC and a touch screen interface, and supports parameter presetting, fault alarm, and production data recording.

How to use the cream and biscuit packing machine?

  1. Preparation: Clean the equipment and install the specified sandwich hopper. Adjust the guide plate width and conveyor speed according to the size of the biscuits.
  2. Parameter setting: Set the number of sandwiches, pressing pressure, and production speed via the touch screen, and access the pre-recorded formula to improve efficiency. Start operation: Activate the conveyor belt, filling pump, and pressing module in sequence, and the biscuit sandwich making machine automatically completes biscuit loading, sandwich injection, and finished product output.
  3. Real-time monitoring: Ensure uniform sandwich distribution through observation windows or sensor data, and handle abnormal alarms (such as material shortages or misalignment) in a timely manner.
  4. Cleaning and Maintenance: Start the CIP cleaning program after production, disassemble the moving parts of the biscuit sandwich making machine for thorough disinfection, and lubricate the transmission parts regularly.
